The Island

Close to the Irish Sea in the Northeast of Emerald Island you will stay for 5 days in Ballymascanlon Hotel. It is embedded into the northern mountain chain of the Republik of Ireland, the Cooly Mountains, just beside the Irish Sea.

The comforting atmosphere with parklike surroundings at the Hotel invites you, to calm down and relax, to care for your own health with pleasure.

The Seminar

As facilitators, we assist you in the process of transforming a stressful and health-harming daily routine into a motivational pro-active lifestyle.

During these 5 days, we look at stress-related topics and resilience in the morning. We support you in developing your individual solutions and coping strategies for your very own situation.

In the afternoon we go for a walk in the outdoors to experience the uplifting and motivational aspects of activity. While walking we bring thoughts of transformation and change into motion.
During this time, we are pleased to provide individual coaching sessions for you.
